iPod Classic not connecting to Windows 11 PC
I recently had to transfer my iTunes library etc to a new Windows 11 laptop. Since then I cannot get my iPod classic to connect to iTunes. I am running iTunes 12.13.1.3 following an Apple update. I have tried all of the methods on the Apple help page and all the usual cable/port/restart remedies without success. I also tried rolling back to an earlier version of iTunes (which worked fine on my old Win11 laptop) but it won't work with my library because it is from a newer version...
