Iphone 13 pro max display yellow tint

My iPhone 13 pro max has this yellowish tint on the display though the True Tone and night shift are Off… I contacted apple and they are not able to understand my situation and they also say that there are three types of displays made by apple based on color 1. White type 2. Blue type 3. Yellow type. And they say some get these yellow type and are not satisfied, but there is nothing wrong with the display.

i then personally managed to use color filter tint option to match to white color, i even created an apple shortcut to turn it on and off, but my worry is that does keeping this setting turned on affect my battery health and performance?anyhow i again have fixed an appointment with the apple senior support tmrw, hopefully I found this thread where plenty of 12 pro users having thos same issue, let me hope this time they can understand my situation. But after reading all these ppls complains i just can’t get why apple won’t consider this as an issue, i mean so many ppl have faced it and also it is evident. This is so poor from apple they should at least give a proper technical explanation about this issue. Meanwhile ppl ising color filters tint option to make the screen white, can u just help me to know whether it affects the battery life ?
