My MagSafe iphone case that I purchased in September 2023 is defective. It started having cracks

If you purchased this case directly from Apple, it came with a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects. As such, an Apple Technician will need to examine it to see if this is the case here ... and, if so, you may find that you can get a replacement case for little or no cost to you.
