Hi. The shortcut for command + is not working currently no my mac studio running ventura 13.2.1. I use command + in final cut pro and browser windows to zoom in and out. Command - is still working fine. I've tried another keyboard (currently using a satechi bluetooth) but it has the same issue. I checked to see that command button was mapped to do what the command button does, but that seems fine. Any explanations welcome...

What is your keyboard layout?
When using the US layout, the default shortcut for Zoom In is Command =
And since the + is Shift = this is often described (incorrectly) as Command +
Are you using the Shift key as well? This should still work in Safari, but not in FCP (where Command Shift = is assigned to "Increase Clip Height").
I am probably off here, and you are just pressing Command = but, just in case it helps, there's that.
Also, I take it that you have checked the Comands window in FCP:
