Battery issue when battery reaches 50% the battery drops by 10-12% everytime on iphone 13

As soon as my battery reaches 50% the battery drops by 10-12% within a minute i have attached a image in which there is a graph of battery usage in which it is visible it is happening daily from past few months i have been to apple store thrice once they asked me to reset my device and then second time they did a reset on my phone and the issues started again then 3rd time they told me it was because of E-Sim and even after removing my e-sim and even after factory reset the issues is still there they just say everything is fine and they cant repair or help me with it.

There is really nothing else that you can do other than have the Apple Store or authorized Apple service shop run some battery checks to see if that might reveal the hidden issue.

Unfortunately, I suspect that the battery will check out just fine as did the battery in my old iPhone 11 which checked out at 88% Max Capacity, yet things dropped similar to your report. I went ahead and paid for a new battery, which solved the issue.

What is the Maximum Capacity of your battery?

Settings > Battery > Battery Health & Charging > Maximum Capacity

Apple won't replace the battery under warranty unless it is less than 80%. My iPhone 11 was out of warranty, so I simply took a chance and paid for the new battery.

Now, if your phone is under warranty and you are willing to pay to have a new battery installed, I'm not sure that Apple would perform that service. You would have to ask.
