Cloned devices are generally a carrier compromise, or potentially involve a loss of physical control of an iPhone. For your reported issues with a cloned iPhone, contact your carrier. (SIM cloning is unrelated to and does not potentially involve a jailbreak. You can better secure your SIM locally using a SIM PIN/PUK, or an eSIM where available, though a carrier do promise is still going to be a Bad Day.)

if you have lost control of or are unsure of what apps are installed on your iPhone, factory reset your device, and do not restore a backup. Change your passcode to a new and unique and preferably longer passcode. Maybe enable Stolen Device Protection, as well.

You didn't answer the question posed above.

Did you hand your phone over to someone who knew your passcode and the ability to download software to your iPhone?

Cloning an iPhone while NOT impossible but is highly improbably unless your iPhone has been jailbroken and someone had access to it for an extended period of time and pretty expensive to pull off. Are you someone of high importance that it would be worth the expense and sophistication needed to clone your iPhone?

We see people all the time who are convinced their iPhone has been cloned, but it is almost universally never the case and there is almost always something else going on.

All said though, this is a user to user only forum. We don't have any way to validate your concern. If you truly believe your phone has been cloned, you need to hire an attorney and notify the officials where you live. This is out of the realm of support we other users can provide you.

Why does everyone say this with such confidence but without explanation? I know my phone has been cloned but it is not jailbroken. Someone has had access to my phone at a time but it has not been jailbroken. Can you please explain the authority with which you make this statement? I want to please understand that it is just not the same pat answer given again and again. When people speak in superlatives I find usually they are wrong. Impossible is not something anyone could be certain of and it dicounts the fact that times change information changes eventually the impossible becomes possible
