Free Trial Con with SHUT EYE?

I downloaded the app for SHUT EYE as it said 7 day free trial. Yet straightaway when I subscribed it deducted $29.95 from my bank. No free trial! I cancelled the subscription immediately but no refund. How do I get me money back?
