icloud notes folder missing with ios 17.2.1 update

Just updated iphone to ios 17.2.1 and now the icloud notes folder is missing from my notes app. I also don't see the recently deleted folder in the app as well.

How can I get my notes folder back?

Notes folder empty has anyone else noticed that after the update to iOS you're missing contents of notes folders? One of my notes folders is now completely empty without me ever deleting anything.
