mobile banking app camera won't come on for check deposit....

I have done mobile deposits several times but now my camera portion for check deposit is not lighting up when I try to deposit a check. I am entering the amount of the check first but next is to take the pic but it is not allowing me to take a pic. I went to the app store and it looks like my bank app is updated too. I have tried turning my phone off and on as well. I have called the bank but they are unaware of any problems but they say are checking into the issue; however, after 3 days of trying, it still isn't working and not sure what to do at this point.i. Any suggestions are appreciated...Thank you!
