I came home and my Apple TV is not connected to my account and I have a screen that says free trial

My Apple TV isn’t connected to my account - I need to find out if my account is currant as I paid but I don’t know how to login via the tv - it’s like it knocked me out

If you have other Apple devices (e.g. iPhone, iPad, Mac) then you can check there about access to Apple TV services on your account.

Else try Apple TV+ on the web at tv.apple.com.


  1. For Apple TV box troubleshooting, first try an app force-quit and relaunch.
  2. For Apple TV box troubleshooting, next try a device restart.
  3. Your Apple TV box would have the account details in Settings﹥Users and Accounts﹥… You may sign out and immediately sign back in there for a fresh loading of the account properties.
