This is garbage! My battery is draining very quickly after the IOS 17.3.1 update. I think that I may go with an Android next time because I am sick of Apple and their updates that hurt more than they help

iOS updates generally aim to enhance user experience, boost security, and fix bugs rather than disrupt core features. Battery Drain issues after updates might stem from underlying, unmentioned factors. Updates won't typically alter personal data but may refine settings or features. Backup before major updates for safety. Review Apple's update details and backup advice for a smooth process.

This seems purely coincidental so please check the Setting on your device.

Xs with 17.3.1, battery is healthy, discharges few percents every hour, without any work on it, location, notifications, background refresh and so on, i.e. nothing is running, no any fancy apps installed, everything is refreshed, device is rebooted. What else can be done? To put it into trash? It looks like all latest versions of ios have their own hobbies and don’t care how much battery the hobby takes. Disgusting job…
