Apple purchase claim doesn’t show for me to check status

I’ve initiated a claim twice for a possible fraud purchase on my Apple account but it doesn’t show for me to check status.

How to speak to Apple support I requested a refund from Apple for a subscription purchase and a profit purchase. I received an email fro Apple support instructing me to sign into Report a Problem and click on "Status of Claim". When I go to Report a problem, there is no place stating Status of Claim. How do I find my ststus?

Escalating Apple Card issue resolution with Goldman Sachs I have been trying to get Goldman Sachs (Apple Card) to resolve a purchase I didn’t make. I have made numerous phone calls and taken appropriate steps but they don’t even properly research the fraud. How can I escalate? Is there an email for resolution other than a “supervisor”.
