Apple Watch waking me with notifications in silent mode

totally Frustrated with my Apple Watch SE. despite iphone and watch in airplane mode, watch in do not disturb, sleep mode set, sounds and hapatics off, wifi and Bluetooth off, display off on wrist tilt. My phone was buzzing and waking me multiple times i was at a loss what to try next. I thought a simple do not disturb and airplane mode OR having your focus sleep hours in there would do the trick? Help!! Want the slerp tracking bc my HR is going low at night & trying to track it
