Send Specific Email to Inbox

I-Phone 15 Pro: I want to make emails, from a specific email address, default to inbox every time.

They currently show up in junk with several other emails.

How do I change the setting for these certain email addresses or subjects?

Thank you

Mark the messages as not junk.

On iCloud: Manage junk mail in Mail on iCloud.com - Apple Support

On iPhone: move the mail out of the junk folder and into inbox or another folder. That move marks the mail as not junk.

Thank you for the suggestion. We have moved that email out of junk and into inbox a few times and the next one from that same email goes right into junk.

Keep marking messages as not junk. Or convince the sender to send messages that look less like junk. That can either involve the mail contents, or the configuration of the sending mail server. Or both.
