Stopping diverting emails

I have two email accounts on my iPhone. Due to problems with one mail box I needed to divert the emails to another email account until the issue was resolved. Both are now working but I am now getting the same email in both email accounts. I can't remember how I did this. Help please !

If you mean that you set up automatic forwarding to send messages received in one of the two email accounts automatically to the other, that's something you almost certainly did through your email provider's resources. If you can tell us who your email provider is, someone may be able to tell you specifically how to turn off the forwarding.
