Sleep Focus Lock Screen is Black

I use the Sleep Focus so that I can track my sleep on my Apple Watch. I have customized my Sleep Focus Lock Screen. However, whenever Sleep Focus is enabled, my Lock Screen does not display my customized Lock Screen, rather it shows an all black screen. How do I fix this, so that my Sleep Focus Lock Screen displays my customized Lock Screen? This pertains to both my iPad and iPhone.

Separately, my Watch Lock Screen on Sleep Focus shows a large digital clock that I do not like, I would prefer to have the customized Lock Screen that I created. How do I fix this?
