It seems that this model TV doesn’t run Android TV nor Fire TV, and thus lacks access to a cloud hosted app repository. It may only support pre-loaded apps, or apps on external HDMI-connected streaming devices (Apple TV box, Roku, Fire TV, PlayStation (4, 5), Xbox (One, One S, X, S), ‘Chromecast with Google TV’ dongle, or Nvidia Shield).
