The phone's battery is broken, they won't repair it in the service center because the screw preventing the packaging is rusty. I don't want to throw my valuable phone away. What is the solution? Please help. Thanks

Other than using an unauthorized repair facility to service the device you don’t really have any options. I’m assuming this is for a different iPhone than the 15 Pro Max listed under your post as it would be very odd to have anything rusting on that device already. There may also be much more internal damage if you have rusting so it may not be worth it to replace the battery if that is the case.
IPhone 13 Pro. Also rejected in an unofficial service. 2 year old phone. Is there no other option? Should it be thrown away?😔
