Tips app taking up too much screen time on Macbook Air M2

Although I use it for a maximum of 6 hours a day, the screen time is 20 hours, and all of it is in the "Tips" app. This problem started after the last macOS Sonoma 14.3 update. Please help me on how to solve it.
