State tax exempt shipping address not honoured by online store

Hi. Im attempting to make an online purchase on Apples American Store and my delivery address is a Florida address that qualifies for Florida State Tax exemption. However the online store still adds the tax in. Advice please? Can't find an email address of someone I can speak to within Apple.

refer to the section about how to make a purchase to see if you are truly eligible. You also have to present a certificate to Apple directly, not just assume they will know the address to which the item is being sent may be exempt from tax. From my reading of it, you could even have it being sent to a tax exempt address but if you are a private individual making the payment they that doesn't count.
