Bluetooth problem only when driving

Bluetooth on my iPhone 14 has been skipping or dropping connection only when I’m driving in my 2018 Dodge Caravan for a year now. Doesn’t matter if I’m playing Spotify or Apple Music. Also happens in my wife Subaru Forester 2016. But this does not happen to my wife’s iPhone or my son’s iPhone only mine. I tried using a bluetooth receiver that I plugged into my car radio via auxiliary. It worked for a month but started occurring there when I drive. Apple tried changing my Bluetooth antenna on my iPhone but problem still persisted. Finally after a year appl exchanged my phone. Just drove in my wife’s car and guess what the problem still occurs. Will try my car next I’m sure the problem will happen there as well. Funny enough while writing this text I sat in the Subaru and let the music play. 4 songs and it has not skipped. So the problem seems to occur if my iPhone is in motion in any car. Is this a corruption problem to my profile?
