My Apple Health app Active Energy decreased abruptly, but I'm burning more workout calories. ???
I have been tracking my energy expenditure (Active + Resting) in a spreadsheet for my nutritional plan. Until recently it has been tracking closely to my workout calories burned. But in the middle of this month (January) something changed. Although my workout calories burned have stayed 900-1220 cals, my Active Energy has dropped into the 300-500s, which is what my Active Energy is on my REST days (no workout). So maybe my workouts haven't been included in my Active Energy since that point.
The photo attached is from yesterday, demonstrating that Active Energy is way off from my Move workout energy.
