Problem with my battery
I went to an Apple Authorised Service Provider in Egypt to replace my battery based on the massage shown on my setting that reads as in below:
(Recalibration of the battery health reporting system was not successful. An Apple Authorised Service Provider can replace the battery [free] of charge to restore full performance and capacity.)
- but they tried to charge me a price for a new one, am i in the wrong for demanding that it should be free of charge just like my battery support massage says??
