My custom ringtone does not work anymore.

My custom ringtone or text tone is not working.

My phone will vibrate when ringing. I tried different troubleshooting.

It simply turned out the silence button on left hand side of phone above the volume up and down buttons was showing colour.

Switch the silence button to the left to show no colour.

Then my custom ringtones and text tones

worked immediately.
