15 pro Max Camera Issue

We need more voices on this issue🙁

my 15 pro max I got on 14th Jan, the camera is a lot worse than any previous Iphone Model.

Super blurry and grainy the resolution before and after the capture is a lot worse than anyone could imagine that it could exist.

I'm terribly regretful and had to buy a new Samsung for the Photo cuz heck nah I wouldn't buy any iPhone again🙌 unless they change a new device for me with better camera..

Unacceptable..

I tried my local store so-called Falcon Service but they said the result is nothing is wrong there is no damage which is correct cuz there's not resulting from any damages duh

it's the phone itself issue straight outta box.

Now how am I supposed to do? Should I throw the Phone away or use it to break some ice cube 😮‍💨😮‍💨

I am seriously gonna post everything in Public today cuz I have been waiting for the result for 10 days

I’ve had my 15 pro max since it came out. Horrible photo quality. I’ve reported it, escalated to a senior tech and still, no fix. It’s only a matter of time before they’ll focus on the next phone and I wonder if they’ll ever fix this issue. I asked for an escalation contract and was told there is no higher escalation.

so I’m thinking of going to the media. Anyone have any contacts or ideas? And would you want to participate if they need proof and more voices?

Agree!!! This cost way too much money to have such a poor product. Many purchased it for the camera…totally unusable!! Fix this, Apple!!!!
