ETS TOEFL Secure Browser

I installed Toefl iBT ETS secure browser to be able to do an in-home test but I can't open it, it says "Not able to update app". I'm using a Macbook Air M1 with the latest update (macOS Sonoma 14.3)

Did you verify with this this browser's developer that it supports running on a Silicon Mac with macOS Sonoma?

From your post, it appears that the current version you are trying to install does not, and needs to be upgraded. I would suggest that you check with their support site to see if an update is available.

There may be some reasons for this that I don't understand but most any browser should be able to open and access a server. If you can only use that browser, then I suggest that you contact them for assistance. It is their product.
