Can I mirror my iPhone SE on a 2024 Lincoln navigator with CarPlay?

Check with the dealer.
You’ll need either an HDMI input, or AirPlay.
If it does have either or both, playback will almost certainly require the vehicle to be parked.
With CarPlay specifically, no.
If I found the right tech specs, the rear seat infotainment system does appear to have HDMI input, so yes.
Whether one of the front screens has an HDMI input (while parked), or has AirPlay (again, while parked) check the owners’ manual or dealer or Ford.
