"licenseDaemon" is damaged and can't be opened - Constantly opening error message

Upgraded to Sonoma last night now I get the attached error message every 5 seconds. A search of my Mac isn't finding a file with that name.

It's basically rendering the computer unusable.

licenseDaemon is a component of the iLok system for Mac computers. licenseDaemon is a background process that is used by all iLok-protected software to validate licenses and is located in the "PrivilegedHelperTools" folder in your local library folder. If you are experiencing crashes in licenseDaemon you could delete the file, however if you still need to use whichever file is protected by the iLok software, you should complain to the customer support of whatever "iLok protected" apps you have installed on your Mac, looking at their Sonoma compatibility.
