weird tv static noise when taking and making calls on 14 pro max (is it possibly because of IOS 17?)

so i've noticed this issue every since i got a 14 PM a few days ago, and it seems to only be when making and taking calls and facetime and not making calls through instagram, etc.

but anytime i make a phone call or receive one, there's this weird kinda of tv static noise in every call, and when i was making a phone call today and as i was talking, the person mentioned i was breaking up and then i turned on wifi and i guess it worked a little better but i also had to turn on speaker mode and speak as clearly as i could -- i've looked around and saw people were having this issue on the 14 models, and even some 15 models

does anyone have a temporary fix or something? on my 12 PM, i never had this issue and my carrier is fine and the 14 PM itself is fine besides that but i think it was working fine BEFORE i updated to IOS 17, so if anyone is on IOS 17 and having these issues, is there a fix of some sort? i was very happy to get a 14 PM but if taking and making phone calls is going to be such an issue, then i almost want to switch back to my 12 PM
