backup

I made a backup copy of my mobile phone on my computer via iTunes not long ago in order to save some space on my phone. Then I deleted the photos and videos on my phone and again I wanted to restore the old backup copy. By mistake, I made a new backup copy and the old backup copy was replaced. With the new one, is there a way to restore the old backup?

Whoa. It sounds like you do not understand that a backup backs up the changes that have occurred on your phone since the last backup.

If you have made a backup and then you delete data from the phone, the next backup will pick up that delete action and delete the data from the backup.

With the new one, is there a way to restore the old backup?

No, there is no "old" backup. There is only your most recent backup.
