Apple Mail on Mac no longer connecting with Google Mail

MacOs 12.7.3

I have Apple Mail set to sync with my Google Mail. Apple Mail now shows offline. Mailbox > Online Status > Take Online does not do anything. Google Mail reached by browser working fine. Apple Mail linked to Google Mail on iPhone working fine. Suggestions?

changed Google PW and now Mail doesn't open My devices that are affected are: MacBook Air, iPad Mini, iPhone. Cannot access Google via password and cannot use iMail at all...can't receive or send, as I am using Gmail for my iMail account. I am considering uninstalling Mail and then re-installing after securing a new Google password that actually works. I have had this problem before when I have changed my Google password. After changing the Google PW I can't access GOogle on my other devices (iPad Mini and iPhone). I refuse to use Google Chrome as a browser. I use Safari and Firefox. Hopefully someone can help!!

Apple Mail will not connect to gmail MacOS Ventura 13.4 - Using Apple Mail - I have several personal Gmail accounts that work fine. My employer provided email will not "go on line" in Apple Mail. I've uninstalled, rebooted and reinstalled and still will not connect. The installation process validates via Chrome without error. the account is valid and can access via webmail. Working fine on other devices as well. This seems to be a very specific Apple Mail issue. I cannot be the only user to encounter this. Yes...I've read the generic KB articles on connecting to other email clients. Our system admin is useless and will not help with any Mac issues.

Apple Mail on my iMac is not downloading IMAP Gmail All of a sudden my Apple Mail on my iMac is not downloading IMAP Gmail. My iCloud and Yahoo email addresses are still coming in fine. Friends on Campus are having the same trouble even with Windows and Outlook Desktop clients. Is it just us and maybe our provider or is anyone else out there experiencing this? We didn't make any changes recently. Maybe I should go over and ask the Gmail Community. And why the heck is Apple Mail not listed as a topic anywhere?!
