How can I recover my Apple ID?

My phone got snatched and I forgot my Apple ID password. Now I have to recover my id but it’s asking for 11 more days.my data is at risk and I have to recover it. Also I have to recover my contacts as I am teacher and I can’t contact with my students and other faculty and it’s not suitable for me.

I did try to locate iPhone relevant email for support but I didn’t found any.

I have access to my phone number and email associated with Apple ID and I also have police report of snatch for prove . Any option or suggestion to recover the id ASAP.

There are several ways to reset the Apple ID password. You can do that on a trusted device, the Apple Support app or on the web.
