Macbook air M1 and Dvd/CD writers
Is there a cd/dvd writer that works with macbook air M1. my superdrive doesnt work with it, and ive tried two others that im having the same result with. Anyone know of one that the macbook accepts? frustrating!
Are you connecting these devices you've tried directly to your MBA, or are you connecting thru a hub? I'm asking because these are power hungry devices and often times connecting them thru a hub doesn't provide them with enough power.
And when you say they don't work, can you provide more details? Do they work to play CDs or DVDs? Have you tried putting a recorded disk in them and see if the device appears?
