Can't login MacBook due to activation lock

Hello. I've bougth a MacBook, in local shop. but earlier that macbook was bought in AMAZON

When we erased macbook for a present we can't login again due to activation lock.

Apple support asks me for additional from shop.


I asked local shop for purchase documents, that this macbook was sold by AMAZON and they gave it to mee.


I have all documents from local shoop, box from macbook with all labels, but apple support asks me for additional information.


Please hepl me.

Unfortunately, that’s not going to be acceptable to Apple in all likelihood.

Much, if not most of the products sold on Amazon are NOT being sold by Amazon. They are from 3rd party sellers.


Unless you can product the original proof of purchase from an authorized retailer, Apple can’t help you.

Since it’s already been established that you did not purchase it from an authorized retailer, you’re out of luck.


Return it to the shop where you bought it for a refund if you can.
