I was looking at a refurbished Aplle Macbook 13" but don't understand the options there i.e.:

Refurbished MacBook Air

30W USB-C Power Adapter (M2 with 8-core GPU)

or

35W Dual USB-C Port Compact Power Adapter (M2 with 10-core GPU and 512GB, 1TB or 2TB SSD storage)

USB-C MagSafe 3 Cable (2m)

Does one get to select the adapter options? And why does that line include the Processor spec? Thanks.
