17.3 OS w/hearing aid and F150

Since the 17. OS my Ford F150 no longer allows the call audio go over the vehicle sound system. I can initiate a call by either voice command or keypad but the audio is locked to my hearing aids or speaker phone. Even if I try to select the F150 as the audio source on my iPhone while on a call, it won’t allow the audio to go over the F150 sound system. This worked perfectly before the OS 17. The only way it works now is if I disconnect my hearing aids from blue tooth even though the phone indicates that the F150, speaker phone and hearing aids are all selectable while in a call. So in summary, it OS 17 allows partial blue tooth control to the F150 but not in total like it did before the OS upgrade. Anyone else have a similar issue?
