Fix duplicate charges for Apple One and Apple Cloud Storage

I am being charged for both Apple One 29.99 and Apple Cloud 2TB storage 9.99.

I thought cloud storage was included with Apple One.

How can I get this corrected without canceling my 2TB account and losing my cloud data?

MacBook Pro 13″, macOS 14.2

If you're subscribed to an Individual or Family bundle, it's working properly; these include less than 2TB of iCloud storage. If you're on the Premier plan and can't simply cancel the separate iCloud+ one, click here and ask Apple Support for assistance.
