IPad will not Sync with Itunes (Driver is mising)

All of the sudden my IPad will not sync with ITunes. The cable and everything works becuase when I plug it in it charges through the computer but the computer does not recognize the IPad as a connected device just charges it. I looked online and it says to update the Apple Mobile Device USB Driver which is not showing up in my device manager. It does not seem to exist.

I went to the file to install the driver and nothing happened. What do I do?
