My IPhone 15 pro won't download photos to my PC BEcause of the DNG format . When I convert to JPEG the colors are blown out

I use an IPhone 15 pro for night photography . I choose RAW and the photos come outas DNGformat and be opened after sending to PC email (operating windows 7)

When I click on a photo on Pro Raw on my iPhone 14 Pro at 16:9 aspect ratio and export the file, the file is received in JPG whereas when I click the photo on 4:3 aspect ratio, the export via Airdrop happens in proper RAW quality.
