Apple TV flashes 3 times and won’t work with my Harmony Elite remote

I have been using my Apple TV with a Harmony Elite remote (via Bluetooth) for ages and everything has worked fine until two days ago. All of a sudden, whenever I issue a command from the remote, the Apple TV flashes 3 times and does nothing. I’ve already read the articles about re-pairing the remote. And I’ve read Harmony’s instructions on how to do this. Originally, it was saying “not connected.” But since re-pairing, it now reads as “connected” in the list of Bluetooth devices. But it still flashes three times with each command and does not reasoned.

Any ideas how to fix this?
