I couldn't use my Macbook pro M1 for Sidecar or Universal Control to my iPad pro M2

There's a problem with my MacBook or iPad, I couldn't use my Macbook Pro M1 for Sidecar or Universal Control to iPad Pro M2, but when I do the opposite it works (I can screen mirror my iPad to Macbook).

So, when I try to use the screen mirror on my MacBook, it's not able to detect the iPad, shows nothing on the list

I've turned on and connected everything (same WIFI, Bluetooth, and Airdrop) and meet the requirements.

How can I resolve it?

MacBook Pro 13″, macOS 14.3

When you're displaying output from the iPad on the Mac, I believe that's AirPlay to Mac. Sidecar is when you're displaying output from the Mac on the iPad.

Your Mac and iPad appear to be new enough for Sidecar. You said that you checked that both were on the same Wi-Fi network, and that both had BlueTooth enabled. Did you check all of the other additional requirements?
