Change my billing method for Linkedin subscription without cancellation

I have a LinkedIn app to which I am subscribed. The payment or billing method I opted during my subscription a year back is not valid anymore/expired. Could you please give me the option to change my billing method without cancelling the subscription? If I cancel the subscription I will lose the discount benefit which was availed during the subscription.
