Yes! I recommend doing the in store Trade-In. You will get a value on the spot and any problems with the trade-in can be resolved quickly. The mail in option can be problematic if they claim that the value has been reduced and you may not agree with the reason. You would have the option to accept the reduced value or mail the device back to you.
