If I order an iPhone online and want to trade it in, can I trade it at the Apple Store, not online?

Yes, you can choose to Trade in your iPhone online or in-store, whichever option you prefer.
Keep in mind, you have 14 days to trade in your old iPhone after the purchase of your new iPhone, if you want the trade-in value refunded to your payment method. However, after the 14-day period, the trade-in value will be as an Apple gift card.
