I need to implement password protection for logic files to prevent accidental deletions. I work with students who access 30 files in a shared drive, and some are mistakenly deleting Logic projects. I want to enable them to open, work on, and save project updates but restrict their ability to delete. Your assistance would be appreciated. Thanks!

I don't think this is possible. Either you have write access and can make changes, including deleting files, or you don't. I suspect the solution is to keep a locked folder of source items that cannot be changed, from which things can be copied out to work on elsewhere. It might also be useful if you can set up Time Machine to cover the folder that students have access to such that you would be able to restore backups from previous days in the event that anyone deletes something in error.
