How can I share Books from my old iPad to my new iPad?

How can I share iBooks from my old iPad to my new iPad. The apple ID's are different on both devices

I can access and read them on the old iPad (yay!), but can't upgrade that iPad. These books were purchased using a different Apple ID, but it seems Family Sharing doesn't work with iOS 9.3.5. What options do I have? Two ideas came to me, could I transfer the ePUB files from the old iPad?. Alternately, is it possible to get the files to different devices by making them available (by temporally logining in on that newer iPad or Mac with the old Apple ID) and then using Family Sharing to get access to them in Books for iOS? How can I transfer my books from my old iPad to my new Mini iPad. My old iPad is almost at the end of its working life and I'm trying to transfer few things like some of my books on iBook's app to my new Mini iPad. I swapped most of them but there are 2 books that I can't transfer, no matter what I do. I've tried syncing, downloading, emailing but nothing works. These 2 books I purchased, and I do not want to lose them when the old iPad finally dies, which I think is going to be very soon.

How do I transfer my iBooks from my old iPad to my new iPad? I tried using iCloud to do this by syncing the books through the iCloud drive, however only a couple of my books have been transferred this way. I have quite a large collection, so it would take a very long time to transfer the books by email. Also, these books have not been purchased through iTunes. Also for reference, my old iPad is the iPad 3rd gen and the new one is the iPad Air 3rd gen
