Apple Watch is randomly scrolling through menus and clicking on things

My Apple Watch was just hacked remotely. Somebody scrolled through all my menus in a tempo with a purpose. Because I had it on my arm and I get a vibration when it is active I noticed it immediately. I put it off my arm, and then the PIN Code dropped in. The person (or KI or computer) then tried to brute force the pin code. What did I do next? I installed the latest software update and then my watch was silent and functioning normally. Afterwards I changed the password of my account that is connected with it - but I have 2 factor authentification active, so I do not assume my account was hacked.

Has anybody experienced the same thing?

This has happened TWICE now. I have the latest model of Watch. I noticed the same behavior - scrolling through menus - and the first time the person actually almost got into my profile info before I realized what was happening. Both times I did the same thing - took it off my wrist so that it would lock (also noticed the brute-forcing of the password) and erased the watch using Find My. It's very alarming!
