Screenshots - shift-cmd-4 not working after latest "upgrade"

Since installing latest upgrade (Ventura 13.6.4), neither partial (shift-cmd-4) nor "open screenshot menu" (shift-cmd-5) work. The only command shortcut that works is "full screen" (shift-cmd-3).

Has anyone else had this problem? If so, is there a fix?

Check Keyboard System Settings > Keyboard Shortcuts… > Screenshots to make sure they are all selected and are still set as the defaults.

Thank you; Tried this, but Shift-cmd-4 and -5 still won't work. I had to use Launchpad to open the app and select the option to use. Shift-cmd-4 doesn't give me the crosshairs option, and -5 does not open the app.

If you can then use the keyboard shortcuts to take a screenshot, then thes is an indication that there is software interfering with your keyboard shortcuts.
