Bluetooth communication problems with Apple Watch

My Apple Watch counts my steps just fine, I close the rings regularly on the activity app. But it’s not sending my daily steps to my Omada app. How do I fix that?

iPhone 14, iOS 17

First make sure the devices are connect

Check Permissions:

  • Ensure that the Omada app has the necessary permissions to access health and fitness data. On your iPhone, go to "Settings" > "Privacy" > "Health," and make sure the Omada app has the required permissions.

Check for Updates on Omada's End:

  • Visit Omada's support website or contact their support team to check if there are any known issues or updates regarding the integration with Apple Watch.

If it persists contact Omada support for help
