What to do if I skipped the setup beginning screen
I don’t know how to get back to the setup screen I restarted my phone but it’s still not showing up i need to transfer my data please what do I do?.

Go ahead the complete the setup if you have not already done so, then erase the phone and start over again.
Settings > General > Transfer or Reset iPhone > Erase All Content and Settings
Now the phone will start up again to the "hello" screen and you can go through the setup again.
